Terms & Conditions for Home Blood Collection Service on Logbuz.com

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a home blood collection appointment (“Service”) via Logbuz.com (“Platform”), you (“Patient”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not proceed with booking.

2. Service Description

  • Logbuz partners with certified phlebotomists/labs to collect blood samples at your designated address.
  • Scope: Service includes sample collection only. Diagnostic testing, analysis, and reporting are performed by partner labs.

3. Appointment Booking

  • Accuracy: Provide correct personal details, contact information, and current address.
  • Slot Confirmation: Appointments are subject to phlebotomist/lab availability. Logbuz will confirm via SMS/email.
  • Rescheduling/Cancellation:
    • Cancel/reschedule ≥12 hours before the appointment via the Platform.
    • Late cancellations (<12 hours) or patient no-shows may incur full fees.

4. Patient Responsibilities

  • Fasting Requirements: Adhere to pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting) provided by your doctor or Logbuz.
  • Identification: Present a valid government ID (e.g., Aadhaar, passport) during sample collection.
  • Safety: Ensure a safe, accessible environment for the phlebotomist. Notify Logbuz of hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe premises).
  • Minors/Incapacitated Patients: A legal guardian must be present throughout the procedure.

5. Sample Collection

  • Procedure: The phlebotomist will collect samples using sterile, single-use equipment.
  • Re-collection: If a sample is compromised (e.g., clotting, insufficient volume), a free re-collection may be offered.
  • Refusal Rights: The phlebotomist may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the patient is uncooperative/aggressive.

6. Test Results & Reporting

  • Timeline: Results are typically delivered within 24–72 hours via email/Platform. Delays may occur due to technical or lab issues.
  • Interpretation: Reports are for informational purposes only. Consult your doctor for clinical advice.
  • Discrepancies: Notify Logbuz within 48 hours of report delivery to address concerns.

7. Payment

  • Fees: Pay all charges (collection, test fees) during booking. Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Refunds:
    • Full refund if Logbuz cancels/reschedules.
    • No refunds after sample collection or for no-shows/late cancellations.
  • Insurance: Insurance coverage is subject to your policy terms. Logbuz does not guarantee reimbursement.

8. Liability Limitations

  • Logbuz is not liable for:
    • Delays/cancellations due to emergencies, natural disasters, or logistical constraints.
    • Test inaccuracies arising from incorrect patient information or sample degradation during transit.
    • Third-party actions (e.g., lab errors, courier delays).
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the service fee paid for the affected appointment.

9. Privacy

  • Personal/health data is secured per our Privacy Policy.
  • By using this Service, you consent to share information with partner labs for processing.

10. Amendments
Logbuz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Anantnag J&K , India.
